Is QR Now really free?
Yes. Every static QR code is completely free to create, customize, and download. No subscriptions, trials, download limits, or hidden upgrades.
Do my QR codes expire?
No. Your static QR code contains your content directly and works independently of QR Now. It never expires. A linked website still needs to remain available.
Do I need an account?
No account, email address, or credit card is needed. Open the generator and make yourself a QR code.
Can I use the QR codes commercially?
Yes. Put them on packaging, business cards, restaurant menus, posters, or anything else you make. There are no watermarks. Make sure you have permission to use any logos or content you add.
Can I add my logo?
Absolutely. Upload a PNG, JPEG, or simple SVG in the Logo tab. We automatically use high error correction. Keep your logo small and test the result with a phone before printing.
Is my information uploaded?
No. QR generation, customization, and logo processing happen directly in your browser. Your draft and recent exported QRs are stored only on this device. Reset QR clears the current draft; Clear history removes saved recent QRs.
What’s the difference between PNG and SVG?
PNG is an image, perfect for sharing and everyday use. Choose up to 2048 × 2048 pixels. SVG keeps the QR modules as real vector shapes, so they stay sharp at any size—ideal for print. An uploaded logo is embedded as an image.
